I’m goodlouse!

I’m an illustrator, comic creator, and isopod enthusiast based in the UK.

I use detailed linework and natural colours in my work, and especially enjoy drawing bugs and woodland scenes. When creating comics, I enjoy writing slice of life and adventure - often drawing autobiographical comics of myself as a woodlouse.

I’ve had a passion for storytelling through both video games and comics for the majority of my life - it was young Goodlouse’s dream to make a video game, but he soon realised that that was quite a big task for a single isopod. After happening upon an issue of Archie’s Sonic the Hedgehog, I diverted my efforts towards teaching myself the art of comics.

I am a gay transgender man with ADHD - these aspects of myself play into the themes of my artwork.
